Experience, Service and Technology These are 3 critical elements necessary to provide a valuable real estate encounter. I am the 4th generation in my family to experience the love, thrill, and excitement of real estate coursing running through my veins. During the quarter century I have been licensed I have represented both buyers and sellers. I have taught pre-license classes, I have developed and taught post licensing programs. My belief is to pay it forward. My philosophy of service is to, “Say what you are going to do. Do more than what you said. Understand and fulfill the needs of the client.” When that philosophy is adhered to superior service is achieved. Technology is the driving force for representation and communication. The evolution of the bag phone and pagers to the smart phone has allowed this real estate professional to continually provide exceptional service. Technology has altered the procedures for completing transactions. It has not removed the requirement for a knowledgeable and caring agent to complete a successful transaction.
